RMATRIX Family Saddened by Loss of Dr. David J. Curb

The RMATRIX family is saddened by the loss of Dr. J. David Curb, who passed away on Sunday, January 8, at the age of 66. Dr. Curb served as a section leader in the RMATRIX Multidisciplinary Research Education, Training & Career Development key function, and was instrumental in developing and leading the career development mentoring program for young investigators. Dr. Curb is survived by his wife, Dr. Beatriz Rodriguez, and their four children. A memorial fund has been established at the John A. Burns School of Medicine in honor of Dr. Curb.
