Leading Emerging and Diverse Scientists to Success (LEADS)
Applications open online until April 1, 2019

Do you want to establish a research career?
Do you want to submit an NIH grant proposal?

LEADS is for post-docs and junior faculty from participating Minority Serving Institutions (MSI)*. Anyone from other MSIs are encouraged to
apply. Priority is given to consortium members.

Scholars participate in a series of one-month, online training modules (e.g. Grant Writing).
Scholars receive support to establish a research career.
Travel awards are available for Scholars.
Scholars are expected to have a draft of a grant after the program.
