Description: The University of Hawaii Cyber Infrastructure Bioinformatics Core and Life Technologies are pleased to announce an upcoming workshop on High-Throughput 16S sequencing and data analysis using the IonTorrent Technology and pipelines.

This workshop will provide tips/tricks in library preparation and workflow optimization, and will introduce a simplified data analysis pipeline for amplicon metagenomics data. The workshop will take place at the new ITS building (Manoa Campus) Wednesday, February 26th from 9:30AM to 2:30PM.
