“What kind of consent forms should I use for my research? I am unsure about
the differences between consent and assent forms. I do not know how to write
a consent form.” If you have these and other questions related to the
process of informed consent and its forms, this workshop is for you.

Come and learn about the various types of informed consents used in research
involving human participants, when to use them, and how to write them.
