The 2014 Minority Health & Health Disparities Grantees’ Conference (MHHDGC), themed Transdisciplinary Collaborations: Evolving Dimensions of U.S. and Global Health Equity, was held from December 01-03, 2014 at the Gaylord National Resort and Convention Center, National Harbor, Maryland, USA. A special issue of the International Journal of Environmental Research and Public Health aims to showcase the excellence in research and scientific discoveries presented at this conference. Submission of full manuscripts of original research is strongly encouraged.
