Please make sure that you have an active microphone and speaker on the computer that you will be using. Our IT Specialist has recommended that each institution connects via one computer rather than from multiple ones.

Log in to the video conference site any time before the date of the orientation to test your connection. You may be asked to download and/or install the Adobe Connect Add-in. Allow/Enable everything that is requested. Perform an audio check by selecting Meeting -> Audio Setup Wizard and test your microphone and speakers. You may also need to use the Control Panel or System Settings to choose the appropriate default audio devices for your system.
