- Log in to the video conference site (http://uhrcmi.adobeconnect.com/rmatrix) any time before the date of the orientation to test your connection. You may be asked to download and/or install the Adobe Connect Add-in. Allow/Enable everything that is requested. Perform an audio check by selecting Meeting -> Audio Setup Wizard and test your speakers. You may also need to use the Control Panel or System Settings to choose the appropriate default audio devices for your system.

- Choose Enter as a Guest
- Enter your name or site name so that we know who is attending
- Questions can be entered via the chat window, participants will not be allowed to use microphones.
