Registration is closing soon for the First Annual Meeting of the Mountain West CTR-IN! The best work-and-network event of the year for clinical and translational research in our 7 state region will take place on June 23-25 at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Abstract Deadline Extended & Travel Awards Available - Spread the word
We are pleased to announce that the Abstract submission deadline has been extended to May 21, 5:00 PM Pacific Time. Decisions will be sent via email on May 23rd.

Upon request, the presenting author of an accepted abstract will receive a $1200 travel award to attend the conference! (Authors based in Las Vegas are not eligible).

Abstracts should be submitted by upload of a document on the CTR-IN website at: http://www.ctrin.unlv.edu/arie/home.php. Instructions are available at that same location. All standard word processing formats will be accepted. PDF files are not allowed.

Hotel Reservation Deadline

The Hyatt Place Hotel is offering preferred pricing of $92 plus tax for Annual Meeting attendees. This special pricing is limited and subject to a first-come basis until our room block has been filled. You must reserve your room before or on May 28 to take advantage of our preferred rate. Save time and frustration with Lunch Pre-Order

The Annual Meeting will take place during the summer break when on-campus dining options during the scheduled lunch hour will be quite limited. We have partnered with Subway (located in the building where the conference will be held) to offer pre-purchase of lunch for your convenience. The pre-order form is available on our registration page.
