Faculty and students interested in NIH grant application process Description:
This two-hour workshop will focus on the anatomy and physiology of the parts of the NIH-style application with particular attention to the R- and K-type proposals. A brief discussion of the electronic submission process will be included. Feedback on actual Specific Aims pages that you submit will be included in the discussion as well as a question and answer period. If you would like to have your title and specific aims page analyzed in this session (it is to your advantage to get this feedback!) please submit by Monday October 15 Submit Your Specific Aim Page; Title; Short paragraph introducing the research question/problem; Each Specific Aim: what you will do, what data you expect to generate, and a bit about the method; Closing paragraph summarizing briefly the impact and implications for the field; to Dr. Amanda Brown; abrown76@jhmi.edu Course Materials: Funding Links 2012
