Seminar/Event Detail2013-2014 INTRODUCTION TO THE PRINCIPLES AND PRACTICE OF CLINICAL RESEARCHDate/Time: 15 October 2013, 5pm - 6:30 Eastern Time Description: Registration for the 2013-2014 “Introduction to the Principles and Practice of Clinical Research” course is now open. The course will run from October 15, 2013 through March 24, 2014. Classes will be held on the NIH campus on Monday and Tuesday evenings from 5:00 p.m. to approximately 6:30 p.m. There is no charge for the course; however, the textbook, Principles and Practice of Clinical Research, Third Edition is suggested as supplemental information for the course. The curriculum has been enhanced and will include additional lectures providing more comprehensive content on clinical research infrastructure. A certificate will be awarded upon successful completion of the course, which is based on a final examination. Approximately 2,072 students registered for the 2012-2013 course which was also broadcast live or via web to 33 domestic and international locations.
