Learn about the NIH grant application process, the most effective strategies to “pitch” your idea, and find the appropriate funding mechanism for your research. Hear about these and other tips from Dr. Sidney Stahl, recently retired Chief, Individual Behavioral Processes Branch, NIH’s National Institute on Aging (NIA), at a seminar on February 4, 2013 on the UHM campus (Campus Center 307-08). Additionally, faculty with pending grant applications/ concept papers can request an individual consult with Dr. Stahl to receive feedback on their concept and methods for a successful application to the NIH.
